The Unsheshed Story

Pandemic 2020, we’ve all heard of it.
As a Creative (photographer, painter, crafter and avid lover of quiet time) I set out to maximize my available space. This included making the most of the 400 square foot space that is affectionately called the Unsheshed. The goal was to create a multi-purpose space that served its original purpose and other purposes as-needed. If you’re a guest at the Unsheshed (by invitation only) expect a quaint relaxed space that encourages you to be your creative self. The standard roll up door provides natural light in a climate controlled setting.

Why is it called the Unsheshed?

There are she-sheds and then there’s the Unsheshed – a multi-purpose residential live-work space that becomes whatever it needs to be. It may have a vibrant boho aesthetic one day and be a posh space for tea and a good book the next. It was designed to be versatile and it does versatility well.

Do you offer Consultations for creating a studio or multi-purpose space?

Yes. I do.
You can book a Consultation HERE or by clicking the Book Your Consultation above. My clients enjoy mapping a plan for their spaces and virtually taking me shopping with them. My focus is styling functional and beautiful spaces that work for your unique needs. I’m not an interior designer, more like a small space on a budget whisperer.

Do you offer Photography Coaching at the Unsheshed?

Yes. I do.
Photographers can learn more and book a Coaching session HERE .
My clients booking the Lighting Posing and Beyond Coaching enjoy having me as their session assistant + silent Coach as they photograph their model or client.

UNSHESHED

One of the beautiful things about the Unsheshed is that this garage-studio has an aesthetic that can be any style desired on any given day. While this space is used as a Creative space it’s also a place to listen to the birds chirp, have small meetings and meetups and have private micro weddings. It’s a place to enjoy the outdoors in open shade . The number one thing I hear from other Creatives is “I wish I could use my space in this way!”
You can. It’s doable. Very doable.
